1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotion (“Promotion”) offered by D-ENERGi (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to business customers who do not currently hold a gas or electricity account with D-ENERGi and reside in the United Kingdom.

• New business customers and customers who have previously held a gas or electricity account with D-ENERGi are eligible to participate.

• Customers must complete a get a quote form on our website.

• The Promotion is limited to one claim per business.

3. Promotion Period

• The Promotion is valid until 31/12/2025, unless extended or terminated earlier at our discretion.

4. How to Participate

• Customer must sign up for a qualifying gas or electricity contract within the Promotion Period that meets our nature of business requirements and passes all credit and verification checks.

• Customers must remain with us for a minimum of 30 days before the reward is issued.

5. Reward Details

• Customers who successfully sign up and meet the conditions above will receive a £25 credit.

• The £25 will be credited to the customer’s account within 60 days of account activation and successful completion of the 30-day period.

6. Restrictions

• Customers who cancel their energy contract will not be eligible for the £25 credit.

7. Use of Personal Data

• By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the Company processing your personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms

• The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any reward in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

• The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
