Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the referral promotion (“Promotion”) offered by D-ENERGi (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• The Promotion open to existing business customers who have a contract with D-ENERGi during the promotional period and reside in the United Kingdom

• Employees of D-ENERGi and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Referrals must be new customers who have not previously held a gas or electricity account with D-ENERGi.

3. Promotion Period

• The Promotion is valid from 15/05/2025 until 31/12/2025, unless extended or terminated earlier at our discretion.

4. How to Participate

• Eligible existing customers (“Referrer”) may refer new businesses customers only (“Referee”) to D-ENERGi. The (“Referee”) must mention the (“Referrer”) when securing their contract.

• The Referee must sign up for a qualifying gas or electricity contract within the Promotion Period that meets our nature of business requirements and passes all credit and verification checks.

• The Referee must remain a customer for a minimum of 30 days before the reward is issued.

5. Reward Details

• The Referrer will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card for each eligible Referee who successfully signs up and meets the conditions above.

• Rewards will be issued via email within 60 days of the Referee’s account activation and successful completion of the 30-day period.

• The Referee may also be eligible for a separate joining incentive as advertised at the time of sign-up.

6. Restrictions

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make; however, referrals must be genuine and made in good faith.

• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals (e.g., using different email addresses or company names to refer oneself) will result in disqualification from the Promotion.

• Only one reward per Referee account will be issued, even if multiple Referrers refer the same Referee.

7. Use of Personal Data

• By participating in this Promotion, you consent to the Company processing your personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. General Terms

• The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any reward in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

• The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice.

• Amazon.co.uk is not a sponsor of this Promotion. Gift cards are subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
