I have always found D-ENERGi to be helpful and like being able to deal with a named individual who is reachable by phone and email. For example, we recently had an existing contract coming to an end and Maddison Davenport in the broker team helped us work through the options for a new supply contract and worked with us, by phone and email, to agree terms that worked with our budget and were competitive with the market.
