How Your Company Benefits
We offer fixed amounts for wholesale energy costs for up to three years. As an added incentive, your contract can also include a forecast prediction on any third party charges you may incur – this ensures you completely understand costings upfront. D-ENERGi’s fixed price contract means you know precisely how much you will pay every month and can budget accordingly, with any additional charges only coming as a result of non-energy costs. We also offer a choice of billing options that suit the individual needs of your business and can pay at your convenience.
How It Works
By having an Account Manager looking after your business energy needs and fighting in your corner, they will negotiate your price ensuring you pay the lowest wholesale cost across the length of your contract even if prices rise. Our customer service is second to none, and we will provide you with regular price updates and any additional information that can save your business money on energy bills.
What Is Included
By having a dedicated Account Manager, they will get to know and understand you and your business – this means they will be able to advise you on the contract that is best suited to you. One of the ways we differentiate ourselves from other energy providers if by offering a service that allows you to contact us directly without the annoyance of switchboards of long pick-ups.
D-ENERGi recognise that the management and upkeep of energy portfolios for businesses with multiple sites can be a drain on your resources, which is why we specialise in managing these for you – offering a fully fixed option with billing-type chosen by you. This benefits your business, giving you savings straight off the bat and allows you to consolidate renewal dates across all sites, and streamlines supplier communication.
How D-ENERGi Helps
We streamline contracts, sorting out the ones that are non-half-hourly (NHH), half-hourly (HH), and Gas contracts so that they have a uniform end date. This makes it easier to manage and allows us to organise contracts for new sites to be added to your group contract, organising new site supply connections, changes of tenancy and site terminations as standard.
