• Energy performance Certificates (EPCs)
  EPCs have been introduced to help improve buildings energy efficiency. The performance of each building is rated on a scale of A to G and each certificate is accompanied by a recommendation report designed to improve energy efficiency. All EU countries are now required to establish minimum standards for buildings under the the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.
